Mark was available to answer all our questions even during his vacation and he had really good strategies on how to time when to list, sell and buy and it all worked out as he planned. We didn’t have a lot of knowledge or information in the market until we met Mark but selling our home and buying our dream home were managed so smoothly without stress thanks to him. • We don't have enough words to explain how positive our experience with Mark and his team was. We worked with him in three different transactions: - The sale of our townhome (listed four times in a really bad market): He never let us down, made every possible effort to support and encourage us, with his positivism, knowledge of the market conditions and respectful of our financial constraints to stick to a specific price range.
