Nick Wise Personal Real Estate Corporation is a seasoned real estate professional with an extensive background in the industry with over $175 million in property sales and 200+ successful transactions. He has over a decade of real estate experience since 2012 and nearly two decades in mortgage finance since 2004. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of real estate, including condos, townhouses, single-family homes, acreage properties, multi-unit residential, mixed commercial residential, golf course properties, development sites, and foreclosures.
In addition to real estate experience, he has a deep understanding of construction and renovation projects, having managed projects ranging from $20,000 to over $500,000. Academically accomplished with a BSc in Chemistry and Mathematics from UVic, he is a former member of Mensa.
Currently residing in Oak Bay with his wife, three kids, two dogs, and three cats.
